I wouldn’t say Trump knowing first is because he had him killed. I’m sure the president has the resources to get the news as quickly as possible. The interesting thing about Trump announcing it first is that it is considered bad taste to announce someone’s death in social media. Kirk may have had family that found out of his death from Trump’s post to the world.
