The obvious win scenario is to get their territory back, and become member of EU and NATO.
If they become member of NATO, they can have NATO troops stationed, so another attack by Russia is an attack on the alliance.
And Europe is scaling up our defense dramatically, so we can help both more and way quicker if Russia should attempt an invasion into Ukraine again.
So yes there absolutely is a win scenario, and the above is what almost all European countries are helping Ukraine to achieve.

Apart from that, when Russia loses the war, there is a chance that the Russian federation will fall apart.

I’m sorry but nato is paper tiger that is already folding before r*ssian agression, and they aren’t even at war with them yet. Poland and Romania both were attacked by shahed drones and essentially their response was nonexistent. Obvious scenario of getting territory back doesn’t exist, last attempt (Kherson counterattack) was fucked up by same nato and European partners not delivering hardware while demanding operation to start anyway. Every month r*ssian cockroaches are moving a few kilometers.
