          Russian, Israeli and or American kompromat operation to blackmail elites. Jeffrey could never be allowed to testify who he worked for. Agent, double agent, triple agent.

          My guess is maxwell is just a psychopath like Karla Homolka because if she could expose handlers and agencies she would be long dead.
