    Neat idea, Supremacy Clause goes brrrrrrrrrrrrrrr though. This doesn’t stop until the left has power at the federal level or something more dramatic takes place.

      Maybe not. That only says federal laws take precedence over conflicting state laws, but executive orders are not federal laws, plus violating a law is violating a law (I imagine they’ll abuse qualified immunity though).

      While I hate to continue the partisan approach to justice, that applies here too, if the next administration doesn’t support the current fascism

        Qualified immunity is only protection from civil litigation. It does nothing to prevent criminal charges.
