I’m in the US and it doesn’t work for me.
I have seen this happen with MSN in the past, and yes, it is an issue like that on MSN’s end.

Sorry, I don’t know what to tell you. I thought I’d made a mistake with the direct link and just tried it myself, but it works as expected for me.
In any case, for the benefit of you and anybody else having similar issues: it’s a link to an article about the recent issue of Rutgers professor Mark Bray apparently being prevented from leaving the US for Spain.
