FBI Director Kash Patel said Tyler Robinson, the suspected killer of Charlie Kirk, wrote a note stating his intention to “take out” the influential conservative activist.

Patel, speaking to Fox & Friends on Monday, said the FBI had “forensic evidence” of the note, but that it had “since been destroyed.”

They have a note but it’s been destroyed. Yeah, nothing fishy about this BS at all and it goes without saying completely incompetent that they continue to leak half baked, incomplete investigative information.

Our government is, literally, being run by Fox News hosts and podcasters.

      That’s not an exaggeration.

So no, I don’t believe a fucking thing coming from the federal government right now because they don’t even approach the realm of credibility because they don’t even remotely have the qualifications for their jobs.

It’s time to move on. Just like all the school shootings that are forgotten about in a couple days, the country needs to get over charlie since they care more about him than the children that are dying.

Time to focus on how the administration is ramping up efforts to take away our first amendment and arrest people for “hate speech” which has been proven by the supreme court to be protected MULTIPLE times.

    • Yeah I don’t get it either. Innocent little kids are being killed in school shootings and the administration doesn’t bat an eyelid but some right winger who says school shootings are “worth it” is shot and they lose their shit

I’m convinced it’s because they are doing so poorly at their jobs that they need a media distraction and they will milk this for as long as they can.

Oh yeah, did anyone see the Fed reduced interest rates today because the trump administration is failing so much, they had to cut it to keep us from a recession?

Also the government budget is due to be voted on and the government is about to go into a shutdown because the GOP refuses to stop wasting money and they refuse to work with democrats in anyway, shape or form.

These issues are much more important than some dead fascist who got popular on youtube.

A right winger killed a right winger, at a right wing event, on a right wing university campus, in a right wing city with a right wing mayor, in a right wing state with a right wing mayor and their response is to blame the left. This country is beyond fucked. But the pedos will do anything to push us to total facism and protect the other pedos.

Yes, they absolutely are. They are also traitors, racists, pedophiles, misogynists, incompetent, intolerant, and corrupt. Every single one of them.

If you support and follow a leader who actively, enthusiastically participated in all those behaviors, then you are as responsible for them as they are. By supporting and voting for Trump, ALL of those supporters get slapped with those same labels.

Disagree. If 9 people are comfortably eating dinner with a vocal Nazi and none of them call out the Nazi, there are 10 Nazis in the room. Their behavior certainly quacks and walks like a Nazi as well. If you want to be pedantic, they’re neo-nazis

I read a great thread on Bluesky earlier detailing how many times Kash Patel may have completely botched this case by all the stupid things he’s said on FOX today. Definitely worth a read!

*Edit to add Skyview thread unroll link

*Edit #2: it was pointed out in the comment below that many folks in the thread I linked are calling into question the OOP’s claims and professional background. After a brief view myself, there is at least one person within those comments whom I do believe when they say its “full of errors”
I’m leaving my original comment up for now for posterity sake, but I am more than willing to remove it if that would be more appropriate.

It appears there are replies to this thread that call into question many of the things stated

it reeks of punditry - surface level knowledge and worst case scenarios presented with lots of confidence. fwiw the persons quoted qualifications have absolutely nothing to do with law. They are a “blockchain” and data science person who also does venture capital and angel investing, aka a classic “I don’t know when to stay in my fucking lane and think that because I made a shitload of money I must be a genius at everything ever” type

Care to analyze any of the statements that have been called out? Or maybe copy/screenshot any of the comments discrediting them if you have the time?

I’m not trying to be an asshole, here, but everything beyond the first sentence or two in your comment is just character assassination (ad hominem). Obviously the guy’s credentials are not in law, but that doesn’t automatically invalidate his analysis since we’ve got no concept of who he’s able to consult with behind the scenes.

I don’t have a BlueSky account, so I can’t check the comments for myself, only see the root posts.

Pundits made an entire career out of pure speculation. I hate watching, listening to, even reading that kind of shit - topic be damned. But especially with topics that genuinely interest me. It’s just pointless fluff.

They’re no better than youtube channels that post videos about cars…that are completely AI generated. One dude in an automotive discord that I’m in almost fell for one.

Pundits literally make you less aware of what is happening in the world. Their whole job is to fill the space between an event, and actual, verified information about that event, with wild guesses. Any truthful journalist will admit the limitations of what is known during that time.
