And Americans are rolling over and allowing this. My childhood and all those Hollywood movies actually made me believe Americans would fight. Instead they whimpered quietly.

Trump is the furthest thing from “benevolent”. I do agree that a benevolent dictator would set us on the right path again. Until then it’s money, power, and hate that seem to be the driving force in the world, both today and in the past. The showiest thing that american power does is to change hats from time to time when an election is held.

“Mr President, lots of people are saying that dictators end up in a noose like Saddam Hussein, or with a knife up their ass like Ghadafy, or in front of a firing squad like Ceausescu, or gunned down by their own bodyguards like Indira Ghandi, or beaten to death by a mob like Musollini, or killing themselves like Hitler. What death do you imagine the American Working Mob has in store for you?”

Sadly, plenty of dictators that lived perfectly fine (mostly because they were smart and didn’t fuck with the world beyond their borders too much). Antonio Salazar comes to mind, Franco, Lukashenko is STILL in power.

Of course, many of these regimes were watered by oceans of blood and fear.

        Different Ghandi

As prime minister, [Indira] Gandhi was known for her uncompromising political stances and centralization of power within the executive branch.… Responding to separatist tendencies and a call for revolution, she instituted a state of emergency from 1975 to 1977, during which she ruled by decree and basic civil liberties were suspended. More than 100,000 political opponents, journalists and dissenters were imprisoned. She faced the growing Sikh separatism movement throughout her fourth premiership; in response, she ordered Operation Blue Star, which involved military action in the Golden Temple and killed hundreds of Sikhs. On 31 October 1984, she was assassinated by two of her bodyguards, both of whom were Sikh nationalists seeking retribution for the events at the temple.

Its incredible when he talks about law and order when the guy is a career conman and a criminal. If he wasn’t born into relative wealth, he would have been a small time conman and actually gone to prison for fraud or killed by someone for tricking them.

For the first time in history, after even a triumphant Washington refused to be treated as a king, all the power of the US government was handed to a single individual …

… and he’s a fucking idiot who can barely read. Great job patriots 👍

Idiot, yes but at least he’s not a child rapist who was best friends with a convicted human trafficking paedo for about 2 decades. And who had many, so so maaaaany failed businesses. Who was a reality TV star in a real shitty TV show. And has over 30 recent felony convictions plus numerous fines for numerous cons over the years. And was judged to have raped E Jean Carroll. Who also tried to spearhead an insurrection whilst simultaneously stealing top secret documents to sell to hostile countries or give to his boss putin!!

Because yhe 'murican population would never vote that type of person in, TWICE, would they?

Seriously at least make it a smart fascist. I get that he is just a set up for vance, but even vance is such an unbelievable pussy. Hitler and Mussolini did some time using the military. Stalin and Sadam at least acted as violent thugs for their party and did a bunch of actual crimes before taking over. Vance feels like just a guy this orange dipshit picked.

But Maxwell said that she never saw Trump act in an inappropriate manner.

She said that shortly after requesting a pardon and then being moved to a less secure prison.

      Buuut that’s totally unrelated, right?

The thing is that Trump doesn’t understand subtlety, and public displays of fealty are what really get him off.
