Israeli airstrikes on Nasser Hospital in southern Gaza killed at least 20 people Monday, including five Palestinian journalists. Eyewitnesses say Israel carried out a “double-tap” strike on the hospital. A drone initially hit the hospital’s roof, killing one journalist setting up a live stream, and then another strike hit journalists and rescue workers who were responding to the initial strike. “Israel knew exactly who was there,” says Palestinian writer and analyst Muhammad Shehada. “Israel has killed 244 journalists, by far surpassing all 20 years of the war in Vietnam or all six years of the Second World War.”

    I’m almost 40 and I don’t remember any war where this many journalists (during the whole war, not this one bombing) died in general, much less at once like this. It couldn’t be clearer that Israel is methodically targeting journalists.

      well they sure as fuck ain’t killing Hamas. Someone needs to update the wikipedia for this “war” to change it from Israel vs Hamas to Israel vs The Associated Press

      Seriously, can’t remember the last time they killed Hamas en masse other than a single “commander” but they sure as hell are good at killing Journalists, blowing up hospitals, and butchering children.

    Israel is literally a terrorist state. Not just supporting terrorists, the state itself is actively planning and performing terrorism against civilians!
    Support of Israel should be considered support of a terrorist organization.

    Israel = Terrorism, War crimes and genocide.
    Every government that still support Israel is an accomplice.

    If you bomb the same location twice so you can take out emergency workers YOU ARE DIRECTLY TARGETING INNOCENT CIVILIANS. It’s not just journalists that are suffering from this murderous rampage.
