Was this “better” than telling teens to wear condoms or take birth control? Was this “better” than a drug that would’ve terminated the pregnancy when the zygote didn’t even have nerve endings or a memory of its existence?

Jesus christ, no matter how badly a newborn fucks up the life of 16 and 14 year old parents, it’s not as bad as “life in prison”.

Edit Bonus - Wisconsin enacted a Safe Haven law for the relinquishment of newborns in 2001:

    https://www.safeplacefornewborns.org/

“Wisconsin enacted the Safe Haven Law in 2001, making it possible for parents to safely surrender their newborn within 72 hours of birth to any law enforcement officer, emergency medical technician or hospital staff member with no questions asked. Since then, more than 300 infants have been safely relinquished.”

My brother wants a child farm in WI. Meaning he wants a farm, with a shit ton of kids he fosters living in like this warehouse thing, working the farm and getting indoctrinated into his Christian religion.

He says he is pro life…

sounds like hes going abusing them too, there are a couple of crime shows where a woman usually fosters a ton of children and uses them for govt benefits, and they abuse them to. both svu and criminal minds did an epsiode on this.

Atlanta did, too. Also the book “educated” exposes similar themes in Mormonism.

Yeah he and I are no contact off and on over the years, last time interacting with him was rather jarring seeing who he has become as an adult.

    mandatory life sentence

Life sentence may or may not be deserved but I still have an issue with such a thing ever being “mandatory”

I went into that article thinking normal frustrated parent stuff, followed by panic.

He shot her, though. That’s super messed up no matter what’s going on…

These are some of the results when you strip healthcare from people and offer no positive alternatives.

Also: another child killed by firearms.

    Fucking horrendous.
